9. PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:
There are two types of payment terms policy 100% and 80% advance payment:
9.1 For new garments buyer or wholesaler:
The payment 100% Advance payment for 3 Big bulk Order and then after he will pay 80% advance
payment for production of goods and rest of 20% payment before delivery. All shipments will remain
on hold until the full and final payment is received from the buyer.
9.2 For old buyers, regular basis buyers and repeat buyers:
The buyer pay 80% advance payment for production of goods and rest of 20% payment before
delivery. All shipments will remain on hold until the full and final payment is received from the buyer.
10. REFUNDS & NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:
10.1 Custom Garments Product Returns:
As all garments are custom-manufactured, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or
significantly deviates from the approved sample or specifications.
10.2 Reporting an Issue:
 Any defect or issue must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the product.
 Reports should be supported with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
10.3 Resolution Options:
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
 Replacement of the defective products, or
 Partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
